"Promptly came out to examine my deck and gave me an honest truthful, fantastic explanation. I ended up not needing any repairs and I don’t know of another contractor I’ve met who has doesn’t at least try to upsell me on something. "I got a very fair quote from Deck Doc to make repairs to my deck and the work commenced on schedule. Unfortunately, once the rotted areas were removed, it was abundantly clear that foundation was not in good enough condition to save the deck. So, my deck repair turned into a deck replacement. I was again given a very fair quote for the replacement. The work was (again) started on schedule, with communication (via email which I found very helpful) concerning progress (given some weather delays) and time for completion being extremely prompt and thorough. There were no hidden costs/fees or add ons once the replacement started and the quality of the work was excellent. I would gladly recommend using Deck Docs!"
